Nowadays steel racks and shelves are experiencing a real renaissance, mostly due to the fact that minimalistic forms and industrial simplicity are back in fashion. Steel racks and shelves, powder-coated in black or white and combined with wood, perfectly fit into that style, are simple but refined, and add charm and elegance to every interior.
Regardless of whether they are placed next to a wall or in the middle of a room to divide the interior into two smaller parts, they always look fresh and timeless. Not long ago we had an opportunity to erect such partitioning walls for one of IT companies in Gdańsk.
The project included 30 flowerpot holders coated in black, with oak wooden pots inserted into a steel structure. The concept consisted in separation of the corridor from the leisure area (sofas, foosball table, PlayStation).
When plants were put into the pots, a green wall was formed, giving a feeling of solace and supporting regeneration after a hard work. As an innovative company, Portamet has majored in the production of doors and tailored loft partitioning glass walls in accordance with the specifications, dimensions and guidelines provided by our customers. This does not mean that our capacities are limited to such projects. We were extremely successful in the development of non-standard projects, like the aforementioned one, and we are open to new experiences.
